Podcasts
I'm an audio producer, editor, and creative director. My specialty is the invisible work: cutting three separately recorded hosts into one seamless conversation, and making a show sound effortless even when it wasn't.
Original Podcasts
These are the shows I built from nothing. Each one started as an idea and a microphone, and I handled every step from there: concept, creative direction, editing, mixing, and promotion. Different formats, different casts, same goal every time, make something people want to press play on.
Basically Therapy
Basically Therapy is comedy disguised as a check-in and a check-in disguised as comedy. The premise is simple: talk through the stuff everyone deals with, but make it funny enough that it actually goes down easy. I produced and edited every episode, shaping loose conversation into something with rhythm and a punchline. It's proof that "casual" is a thing you engineer, not a thing you stumble into.
Omahomies
Omahomies is a three-host comedy podcast and a real test of the editing chair. Three people, three separate audio sources, one conversation that has to sound like everyone's sitting at the same table. As creative director and editor, I spliced those tracks into something seamless, keeping the timing tight and the banter natural. It's the show that taught me most of what I know about making multi-host audio feel effortless.
Dude, do you think you’re funny?
Dude, Do You Think You're Funny? leans all the way into the bit. It's a comedy podcast built on the kind of back-and-forth that only works if the editing keeps pace, and like Omahomies, it meant cutting three hosts into one clean, fast-moving conversation. I directed it, edited it, and promoted it, sweating the timing so every joke landed where it was supposed to.
IHeart Radio
As a weekend producer at iHeart Media, I managed live shows on 1110 KFAB, including "Dave Nabity," "Grow Omaha," "Mister Mechanic," and "The Emery Songer Show." I handled technical aspects, screened calls, coordinated interviews, and edited the shows into podcasts, ensuring high-quality broadcasts and on-demand accessibility.
